East Valley Christian School respects the privacy of the families who visit our website and contact us about enrollment. This policy explains what information we collect through evcsonline.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.

This policy covers our website and our enrollment communications. It does not cover student education records for enrolled students, which are handled separately under our student records policy.

East Valley Christian School and East Valley Christian Preschool are ministries of East Valley Pentecostal Church. In this policy, "we," "us," and "the school" refer to East Valley Christian School and East Valley Christian Preschool.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us. That usually happens when you:

  • Submit an inquiry, tour request, or contact form
  • Request tuition information
  • Sign up to receive email updates from the school
  • Begin or submit an application for admission
  • Give a donation

Depending on the form, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number, your child's name and grade or age level, and how you heard about us. We only ask for what we need to answer your question and follow up with you.

We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this website. Tuition payments, application fees, and donations are handled through separate third-party systems that maintain their own privacy and security practices.

Text Messaging

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms, East Valley Christian School may send you text messages about your inquiry, your scheduled tour, your application status, and enrollment openings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of receiving any information from us. You can submit any form on our site without agreeing to texts.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or call the school office at (408) 270-2525.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Mobile information is shared only with the messaging service providers we use to deliver our own messages to you, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

For the full terms of our text messaging program, see our Terms and Conditions.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

  • Respond to your questions about the school
  • Schedule and confirm campus tours and visits
  • Send you information about admissions, programs, tuition, and financial aid
  • Follow up on an application in progress
  • Send school announcements, event invitations, and occasional enrollment updates
  • Improve our website and understand which pages families find useful

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or lease our contact lists.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the school and communicate with families. These include our website host, our email and text messaging platforms, our customer relationship management system, and our enrollment and payment systems. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us, and they are required to keep it confidential.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We may disclose personal information without notice if we are required to do so by law, if it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the school, our students, or the public, or if we are responding to legal process.

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. To make a request, contact us through our contact page or call the school office. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

We may not be able to delete your information if we still need it to:

  • Complete a transaction or provide a service you requested, or fulfill a contract between you and the school
  • Detect or respond to security incidents, fraud, or illegal activity
  • Identify and repair errors in our systems
  • Comply with a legal obligation, including student record retention requirements
  • Support internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your relationship with the school

You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link, and out of text messages by replying STOP.
