Our After School Program extends the learning day from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, offering a balanced mixture of academic support, enrichment activities, and supervised recreation in a safe, nurturing environment.

Our After School Program provides a consistent routine that helps students transition from the school day to afternoon activities:

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Check-In & Snack

  • Students transition from regular classrooms to After School Program
  • Nutritious snack provided
  • Brief recreation and social time

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Homework Time

  • Quiet, supervised environment for completing assignments
  • Assistance from qualified staff members
  • Reading time for students without homework
  • Grade-appropriate academic activities

4:30 PM - 5:15 PM: Enrichment Activities

  • Rotating schedule of coding and Spanish instruction
  • Additional enrichment activities including art, music, and STEM projects
  • Age-appropriate grouping for optimal learning

5:15 PM - 6:00 PM: Physical Activity & Departure

  • Organized games and free play options
  • Indoor and outdoor activities (weather permitting)
  • Supervised departure as parents arrive

Flexible Enrollment Options

We offer flexible After School Program enrollment options to meet diverse family needs, including full-time (five days a week), part-time (select days), and drop-in care with advance notice, subject to availability.

Early Drop-Off Option

For families who need additional flexibility in the morning, we also offer Early Drop-off. This service provides a calm start to the day before regular classes begin.
